  • Consider brand perception – 70% of people look at Glassdoor when making career decisions. Make sure you respond to all comments and reviews. Take actions on negative feedback and show that you listen and value employee opinions. Make the most of your existing employees , share their testimonials and turn your employees into brand ambassadors. Include employee stories on your website .

Storytelling will increase engagement and can help potential new hires to picture themselves taking a similar journey. Standing out from the competition is very much about showcasing what makes you different.
