The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a globally recognised leader in their industry to find a Senior IT Manager to oversee IT operations across the EMEA region. This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead IT teams, enhance infrastructure, and ensure seamless service delivery while working closely with senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

✅ Lead & Manage IT Operations – Oversee applications, infrastructure, networking, and helpdesk support across multiple EMEA locations.
✅ Drive IT Strategy – Collaborate with global teams on security enhancements, digital transformation, and innovative solutions.
✅ Enhance Processes – Optimize SLAs, incident management, and change management to boost productivity and user experience.
✅ Security & Compliance – Spearhead IT governance, audits (ISO27001, SOC), and disaster recovery planning.
✅ Vendor & Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure value and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

✔ 5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure/operations management
✔ Strong technical expertise in Azure, Cisco, VMware, O365, and Microsoft server stack.
✔ Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage remote teams across UK/Europe.
✔ Exceptional problem-solving, multitasking, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
✔ A proactive mindset—someone who thrives on process improvement and innovation.
