Responsibilities

As Head of Design / Lead Designer, you will lead our design initiatives, blending strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure our product not only meets the current market demands but also sets trends in the creator economy space.

• Strategic Design Leadership: Define and drive the strategic vision for all design projects, ensuring alignment with our broader business goals. Lead your team in crafting interfaces that captivate and deeply engage users.
• Hands-on Design Execution: Stay directly involved in the design process, from concept through execution, using tools like Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed user flows.
• Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with the CEO/Founder and lead a dynamic design team. Inspire creativity and foster a culture of innovation and precision in design execution.
• Brand and Visual Consistency: Uphold and evolve our visual and brand identity across all user touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and compelling user experience.
• Research-Driven Innovation: Utilize user research to inform design decisions, adapting to user needs and industry trends to keep our platform at the cutting edge.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven Design Leadership: Extensive experience in UX/UI design, with a robust portfolio demonstrating top-tier work in various digital environments.
• Expertise in Figma: High proficiency in Figma for creating sophisticated designs.
• Analytical and Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct and apply user research and feedback to drive design innovation.
• Exceptional Organisational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage projects and priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design vision and decisions to diverse stakeholders.
